Hey everyone, I'm Roger! Along with getting into Stanford, I was accepted into 3 Ivies and was selected as a Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholar, but it wasn't easy. As an only child to an immigrant mother, I didn't have anyone who could walk me through the college app process or teach me essay-writing, and I recall constantly feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, even missing deadlines for crucial forms I'd needed to receive aid. That's why I decided to co-found Lingo, so that I could help the next generation of students in every step of the process at a reasonable cost far below market value — making use of my experiences and mistakes to pave it forward for anyone who needs it.
